As for Gyokko alone, he was deadly. He was able to almost kill Muichiro, who was said to have natural talent as a demon slayer prodigy. As for now, we know he failed to kill Muichiro, but who knows what Gyokko might be capable of?

I finished the manga and I don't even remember that fight, no wonder I forgot about it, that fight was so crappy that I didn't even bother remembering it, I remember every other fight but not this one so yeah, it was that bad. I just hope the anime improve over that sh*t and make that fight spectacular because I sure as hell wasn't impressed in the manga.

BTW, did I mention how stupidGyokko looks with that dumb design and f*cking baby hands in his face? dear lord, what a stupid-looking Upper-moon.

Idk about strength but he's definitely a better character than these 2 guys, also gyutaro and daki were more of a threat than U4 and U5, Just waiting for the last 2 episodes

Yeah true.. I do believe that tengen also strong in term of strength speed and durability..but for the sake of discussion, gyutaro certainly stronger than UM5, my opinion is based on the unique ability of gyutaro which only can be killed if he and daki head chopped off simultaneously and his blood demon art are so far dangerous and devastating in one to one combat, while gyokko with his vasts teleportation still remain a single body and if his head chopped off- he easily dead.. For hantengu, the comparison in term of having multiple so call life is more advantageous than gyutaro however in term of melee and speed, gyutaro seems much more better. In term of demon art, hantengu have better wider range and powerful attack and have the ability to take gyutaro and daki head simultaneously with the menacing Wood Dragon..if i not mistaken, kokushibo did say that if any of UM want to gain rank they have to challenge each other, hence that conclude the rank might not symbolize strength..gyutaro seems love to remain idle until there is threat to his sister, his character may make him have no ambition in challenging any demon but he sole purpose of life is protecting his sister. Hence, the position UM6 may static on him despite he might be stronger than UM4 and 5..
